Community Land Trust

Develop and implement an innovative Community Land Trust to address housing affordability and support long-term community development. This initiative will ensure perpetual affordability, reinforce neighborhood stability and expand accessible housing options for the workforce, empowering them to live and thrive within the Sioux Falls community. To support these efforts, the Sioux Empire Housing Partnership will provide ongoing homeowner education.

Project Management

Collaborate with city and community leaders to advance transformational, capital-intensive community projects. This approach will leverage public/private investments, ensure efficient and timely completion and foster support through consistent public engagement.
