Industrial Park Development
Economic development efforts will advance with the completion of Foundation Park I and the launch of Foundation Park II, providing build-ready land that attracts expanding businesses, boosts the tax base and creates quality jobs.
Falls Area Redevelopment Corporation
Redevelopment goals include transforming outdated industrial and residential areas through cleanup and reinvestment, creating revitalized neighborhoods and modern business spaces.
South Dakota Trade
South Dakota Trade partners with state agencies to expand importing and exporting opportunities, strengthening Sioux Falls’ role in both national and international markets.

- 450 new, 75 qualified and 15 landed leads
- 400 acres of land sold in Foundation Park I
