• • Mark Cotter, City of Sioux Falls

Mark Cotter, Director of Public Works for the City of Sioux Falls, began serving on the Joint Venture Management Committee, Forward Sioux Falls’ governing body, in July 2024. Public Works oversees the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the city’s essential infrastructure, ensuring that Sioux Falls’ foundational systems meet the needs of its residents and facilitate smooth travel across the community.

Jason Herrboldt, Executive Vice President/Chief Banking Officer at First Bank & Trust, brings his leadership to the Joint Venture Management Committee through his service on the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee. Active in many community organizations, Jason exemplifies the spirit of leadership and service that makes Sioux Falls such a thriving community.
